Online payments on our website are processed through Razorpay with the latest encryption and security standards to protect your information. We do not store any credit/debit card information on our servers.

1.2 Cash on Delivery (COD)

For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders delivered within India. Please note the following:

  • COD Service Fee: A nominal COD handling fee may apply and will be added to your total at checkout.
  • Maximum Order Value for COD: COD is available for orders up to ₹10,000. If your order exceeds this amount, please use an alternative payment method.
  • Availability: COD may not be available for certain locations. Availability will be confirmed at checkout based on your delivery PIN code.

Please Note: Only cash is accepted for COD orders. Digital payments (such as UPI or wallets) are not accepted upon delivery.

2. Payment Security

  • Our payment gateway partners are PCI-DSS compliant and employ industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your payment information.
  • All online payment transactions on Listening Wind Retail Networks LLP are processed over secure HTTPS connections.

3. Payment Confirmation
