- To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain products (e.g., intimate wear, customized items) may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description for return eligibility.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: To request a return, simply email us at support@theposhmonk.com or use the Returns Portal on our website. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we’ll share the next steps and schedule a pickup from your address
- Return pickup: Please ensure that the item is unused, undamaged, and has the original tag intact. We will initiate the return process within 14 days of delivery. Returns are free of charge.
2. Refunds Policy
Refunds Eligibility:
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received, inspected, and confirmed to meet return eligibility.
- Refund Amount: Refunds are processed for the original purchase amount, excluding any non-refundable shipping fees.
Refund Process and Timeline
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or as store credit if preferred.
- Timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days after pick-up of the returned item for refund processing.
- Notification: You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed.
3. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted for size or colour changes, subject to stock availability.
- Initiate an exchange request by contacting customer support at support@theposhmonk.com with your order number and preferred item details.
- In case the preferred size or design is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Period:
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement, provided they have not been shipped.
- After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed for shipping.
Cancellation Process

- If the cancellation is accepted, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable due to hygiene or customisation reasons. These include:

- Customised or personalised products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
6. Faulty or Damaged Items
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@theposhmonk.com with photos of the item and packaging.
- We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
